If you’re in a group chat on WhatsApp where the disappearing messages feature is turned on, there’s now a way to keep some important chats, like an address or a voice note someone sends you.
WhatsAppStay in the chatIt allows you to bookmark messages sent to you, though the right to veto remains with the sender.
“Anyone in a hidden thread can long-press a message to keep it,” explained Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta. his Instagram channel. “The sender will be notified if it has been saved and can decide whether or not to keep a hidden message.”
