I know not everyone has sensitive baby teeth or gums like me, so while in an ideal world I would only test gentle products to avoid gum irritation, I did mine through some intense hydrogen peroxide whitening concentrations to find the best teeth whitening products for 2023. They extended far from my fangs both at the top and bottom, and the band was completely folded over to cover the backs of my teeth. The hydrogen peroxide gel on the strips also seems to be thicker than other brands and this helps with the stickiness as well.

One other big reason I loved Rembrandt’s whitening strips: You can wear them twice a day for seven days, instead of once a day for two weeks or once a day for a month. I didn’t get nearly as successful with a pack of 14 or 30 day whitening strips. But one week? I can definitely manage that.

Anyone with sensitive teeth should check out Lumineux Oral Essentials. Of all the whitening strips i tested, this was the only one that did not leave little white spots on my gums.

After doing some research, I found out that those little white spots are chemical burns from ingredients in bleaching products—usually hydrogen peroxide.
